We have adopted pets, bought pets from breeders direct, bought on adopt-a-pet, taken in numerous sprays, and taken animals that friends could no longer keep for various reasons. But this is such a great place to have a play date or 2 as we have now. The puppies are all happy to come out and socialize with families. Our 1st time there we got to be in a semiprivate room with pup and watch her eat her dinner. All the pens were clean with 2 water bottles and a snuggly blanket. The staff were so happy, helpful and totally seemed to enjoy bringing us as many pups as we wanted to see. And sometimes more than once. We left and were contacted a couple times with updates on their pups. We made another appointment for a playdate and took 3 more family members with us. The place was pleasantly busy but staff were very helpful and paid attention to each customer very well. There were a couple poopy pups but it was later in day, after dinner, and I’m sure they got things cleaned up in a normal timely manner. We ended up buying the little female Gracie, as she was still available and was the one my daughter fell in love with on our first trip. My daughter is over the moon and even my skeptical husband got so many happy puppy licks, I believe this pup melted his heart. 🥰 I love that this adoption went so easy. I’ve had some bad experiences in past with adopting pets and unnecessary red tape and rules for adoption. I thank you all for providing a great place to shop for a new family member!! It was truly a wonderful experience. I absolutely feel so blessed to have found this sweet little puppy shop. We hope to years of wonderful memories with this pup as our newest addition. Beautiful experience. The puppies are absolutely adorable. Clearly, very happy & healthy. The store is especially clean with such positive energy. The staff is very kind. A special thank you to Heather (the store manager) who treated myself as well as many guests with genuine friendliness. Her knowledge on the puppies and attitude towards her work is very encouraging. Thank you Waggles for this lovely experience.

I came in last night to look at all the puppies they had. I played with Mr. Potatohead and Forky (love the names 😂) The store smelled nice and the puppies looked like they are happy and well taken care of. I did ask why they didn’t have very many puppies and the girls there said 11 puppies already found their homes this month! I highly recommend coming in even if you just want some cute puppies to play with and friendly staff to talk to. 🐶

Recently purchased a boy Yorkie to add to our family! He is the perfect addition and gets along great with our other male Yorkie (Milo). My son named him “Waggles!” :) Thank you to the whole team at Waggles, we couldn’t be happier!

We are SO happy with our new puppy. He is so sweet and we can tell he was well taken care of. Everyone was very helpful, shop was clean, and all the dogs seemed energetic and happy.

I recently lost my soul dog and I had reached out about 3 weeks ago about a puppy. I made the appointment and when I got there I sat in the parking lot crying and couldn’t go in. The staff reached out about my missed appointment and I said I don’t know if I’m ready. But maybe if a black lab comes in. Fast forward to three weeks later, I was starting to really search for a lab. Literally THE DAY I started looking they reached out and said they were getting two labs in the following day. It was a sign. Two days later I left with my Doppler. The staff ALL of them were so sweet and understanding. They allowed so much grace from my sad heart. Losing my soul dog has been the worst experience. But Doppler is fixing parts of me I wasn’t sure another pup could fix. He’s so sweet. Can sit, shake, almost potty trained, and absolutely the most precious baby there is. Thank you all so much for working with me, being so patient, and helping me find my next best friend.

We had a fantastic time at Waggles! We took our Girl Scout Brownies there to help them earn their Pet badge. I thought we would just go and visit the puppies and ask a few questions, but the manager made it an experience our girls will not forget. They got to put together some cages for the new puppies and learn about how they care for the puppies. They were great to work with and so welcoming. Thank you for a great trip
